A perusal of the same, it is revealed that the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and the same is taken on file vide C.C.No.5815 of 2020. In view of the same, the subject matter in the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
