Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that in pursuant to orders passed by this Court in WP No.21387 of 2016 dated 04.07.2016, proceedings No.B/513-I/2016, dated 10.10.2017 have been issued by the respondent. In view of the same, I do not see any violation of orders passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings in accordance with law. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stands closed.
