THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 9906 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 121 of 2013 on the file of Women Police Station, Saroornagar, Cyberabad. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that after conducting a detailed investigation into the crime, the police have filed a charge sheet on 28.12.2013 before the Court of the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B. Nagar and the same was numbered as C.C.No. 42 of 2014. It is also brought to my notice that the case was listed for trial on 10.06.2015.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, leaving open all such remedies as are available to the petitioner under law, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
