This application is filed under Section 11(5)&(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by the applicant seeking appointment of Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the applicant and the respondents pursuant to the development agreement/GPA dt.30.10.2007.

Joint Memos have been filed by the applicant and the respondents agreeing to the appointment of Honourable Sri Justice T.N.C.Rangarajan, former Judge of this Court, as arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties arose out of the development agreement/GPA dt.30.10.2007.

In view of the said memos, this application is allowed and Honourable Sri Justice T.N.C. Rangarajan, former Judge of this Court, is appointed as Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the applicant and the respondents under the development agreement/GPA dt.30.10.2007. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
