O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: " For a writ, order or direction, more in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent No.2 in not issuing the consequential orders repatriating the petitioner to his parent collage i.e., S.K.M.Junior College, Siddavatam, as per the proceedings issued by the 1st respondent in Rc.No.Admn.1-A-2/ 2199/ 2005, dated 29.11.2011, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to issue necessary orders duly repatriating the petitioner to his parent collage and to pass such other order or orders as this court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this court on 24.04.

2012 directed the 2nd respondent to follow the orders passed by the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, dated 29.11.2011 and to consider the representation of the petitioner accordingly within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the interim order. He submits that in view of the interim order, no further orders are required. Recording the same, writ petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
