Gummadi Madhavi, Adilabad District And 4 Others v. Dist Collector, Adilabad District And 3 Others

HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No. 21338 of 2013 O R D E R:- The petitioners, complaining against action of respondent Nos.1 and 2 in compelling the presence of the petitioners in police station without registration of crime against them in civil dispute, as illegal, have filed the instant writ petition.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, referring to written instructions dated 19.12.2017, submits that the writ petition is filed on mere apprehension and the Station House Officer, I Town Police Station, Adilabad never interfered with the petitioners.

The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
