THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK WRIT PETTTION 0.23160 0F 2074 oBD.E&: (perAKS,I) When the matter ls taken up for hearing, it is noticed that, admittedly, the respondent No.1 was appointed as 'Bungalow Watcher' on contract basis for a period of three years and the petitioners have cancelled the appointment of the respondent No.1 after one month of her appointment. Aggrieved by the same, the respondent No.1 has filed the subject O.A.No.B140 of 2012 before the Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short, 'the Tribunal'). The Tribunal, vide order, dated 04.04.2013, has disposed of the subject O.A.No.B140 of 2Ot2 by directing the petitioners to continue the respondent No.l as 'Bungalow Watcher' for a period of three years. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners filed the present Writ Petition.
2. This Court, vide order, dated 13.08.2014, passed in W.P.MP.No.29B2B of 2014 was pleased to suspend the impugned order, dated 04.04.20L3. Therefore, with the efflux of time, the impugned order passed by the Tribunal has fallen
into insignificance. Now, we are in the year 2023. If the petitioners have continued the respondent No.1 in pursuance of the impugned order passed by the Tribunal, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and if the petitioners have not continued the respondent No.1 in terms of the interim order passed by this Court, at this point of time, the direction given by the Tribunal cannot be implemented. 3, With the above observations, the Writ Petition is closed There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition sha ll stand closed.
