HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.3688 of 2018 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the third respondent in taking action on the representation of the petitioners dated 04.01.2018 for mutation of their names in the revenue records and also in the online web portal in respect of the land of an extent of Ac.11.70 cents, situated in Survey No.327/1 and 4 of Kakkalapalli village, Ananthapur Rural Mandal, Ananthapur District.

This Court noticed that the representation submitted by the petitioners on 04.01.2018 for mutation of their names in the revenue records is not in prescribed proforma as per the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act and, in view of the same, liberty is given to the petitioners to submit proper application. As and when such application is filed by the petitioners, it is needless to observe that the same shall be disposed of by the third respondent, as expeditiously as possible, but not later than two (2) months from the date of receipt of such application.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
