ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 30.08.2006 of the Committee of Donors, Munnurukapu Vidhyarthi Vasathi Gruham, requesting the authorities concerned to constitute a new board of trustees by nominating the trustees mentioned in the representation by replacing the Executive Officer.

Since the representation was made on 30.08.2006 and it is not known as to whether the said representation is disposed of or not, I deem it appropriate to direct the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 30.08.2006, if not already disposed of, within a period of one month from today.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petitions shall stand closed.
