Sri M.A.Aleem Mazid, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the there are typographical errors in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, and therefore, he seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one.

Granting such leave and liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
