O R D E R

Apprehending that official respondents may change the entries in the revenuer records in respect of the subject at the instance of unofficial respondents without following due process of law, the present writ petition is filed. The averments made in the writ affidavit disclose that petitioners have already filed civil suit against unofficial respondents for injunction, and for the very same land, filed the present writ petition. Prima facie, I am of the view that the writ petition is premature, and is filed on mere apprehension, and hence the same cannot be entertained. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
