As it is reported that National Institute of Nutrition and Indian Council of Medical Research are notified under Section 14 (2) of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy provided under the Administrative Tribunals Act.

Granting the said liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
