wp_3713_2018 CVNR, J & GSP, J ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus for producing Keetha Venkata Ramana, the husband of the petitioner (for short, 'the alleged detenu'), who was allegedly detained illegally on 04.02.2018.

Today, at the hearing, Sri Peeta Raman, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that on coming to know about the filing of this Writ Petition, the police have shown the alleged detenu as A7 in Crime No.665 of 2017 of Chaitnayapuri Police Station, and produced him before the XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, attached to the learned Advocate General (TS), submitted that the alleged detenu was remanded to judicial custody by the jurisdictional Magistrate. 4.

In the light of the above subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous, however, with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate legal remedies, if the alleged detenu was illegally detained.
