This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.2, for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.32 of 2018 of Basheerabad Police Station, Vikarabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354 & 504 of IPC and Section 7 read with 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner/ A.2, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioners/ A.2 has not filed similar bail application before the Court of Session. There are no special or exceptional circumstances to deal with this application by this Court. Under these circumstances, it is not appropriate to deal with this application on merits by this Court. The petitioner/ A.2 is granted liberty to file a similar bail application before the Court of Session, if he chooses to do so.
