HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO C.C.No.72 of 2017 ORDER:

This suo motu Contempt Case was initiated on the ground that police aid was not given to the petitioner in W.P.No.27471 of 2016 in spite of the order of temporary injunction obtained by him on 17-08-2015 in I.A.No.140 of 2015 in O.S.No.20 of 2015 of the Senior Civil Judge, Huzurabad.

2.

The contemnor has filed counter affidavit explaining what steps he has taken to provide police protection to the petitioner for implementation of the order of temporary injunction granted in his favour by the Civil Court. It is stated that son of the petitioner in the said Writ Petition gave a complaint on 09-06-2016 that certain third parties had trespassed into his lands and damaged cotton fields apart from abusing him in filthy language and threatening to kill him, that he registered Crime No.82 of 2016 on 09-06-2016 and, that subsequently he was transferred to Jammikunta Police Station, Karimnagar District as Sub Inspector of Police. He also stated that he visited the land, summoned the accused persons and warned them not to violate the injunction order.

3.

In view of the said counter affidavit, I am satisfied that no case is made out for initiating any action against the contemnor. 4.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

MSRJ C.C.No.72 of 2017 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
