It is the case of the petitioner that the land of an extent of Acs.1.31 guntas in Survey No.76, Acs.8.14 guntas in Survey No.71, Acs.5.09 guntas in Survey No.24, Acs.1.13 guntas in Survey No.72 and Acs.0.27 guntas in Survey No.69, in total Acs.17.14 guntas situated at Burhanpuram Village, Khammam Urban Mandal, Khammam District, is his ancestral property. The father of the petitioner was issued pattadar pass books and title deeds. He died long back and his mother also died on 24.02.2002. The petitioner submitted an application in prescribed form on 07.12.2017 for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds and when no action was taken, the present writ petition is filed. Since the application was filed on 07.12.2017, the learned Government Pleader was asked to get instructions on 06.02.2018, but no instructions were received by the learned Government Pleader.

In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 07.12.2017 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
