Today, when the matter is called, it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners through their counsel addressed a letter to the 2nd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer/Land Acquisition Officer, Mancherial on 22.11.2016 for release of compensation, but no action has been taken on the said letter and a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to direct the Respondents to consider the said letter and pass appropriate orders, which is not opposed by the learned Government Pleader. 2.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer to take appropriate action on the letter dated 22.11.2016 said to have been made by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, as per law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
