Learned counsel for the petitioners says that he has already circulated a letter dated 22-06-2016 to the Registry seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order granted earlier i.e. on 02-07-2013 shall stand vacated. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
