This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, alleging that the respondents have not complied the orders of this Court dated 18.07.2016 in W.P.No.21407 of 2016.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleaders appearing for the respondents. 3.

While disposing the writ petition, this Court directed the third respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 08.03.2016 in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. The learned Government Pleader for Fisheries submitted that in pursuance of the orders of this Court, the third respondent in the writ petition disposed of the representation of the petitioner dated 08.03.2016. 4.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, no further orders are necessary in this case. 5.
