Learned counsel would submit that it would suffice if the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file his reply to the show cause notice. Granting liberty as sought for, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
