ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in seeking to evict the petitioners from their respective houses situated in Survey Nos.66, 67/2, 69/1B, 71/3, 74/2, 75, 81/2 and 83/2 of Thummalagunta Village, Tirupathi Rural Mandal, Chittoor District pending disposal of the representations, dated 07.04.2011 and 20.10.2014, for conveying the land in their favour, as illegal and arbitrary.

Sri Challa Dhanamjaya, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for an unconditional withdrawal of the writ petition. Considering the said request, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, WP.M.P.No.38957 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
