HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Writ Petition No.8491 of 2011 ORDER:

The petitioner is aggrieved by the failure of the respondents in not providing sewage/drainage connection to his house, and has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, questioning the inaction of the respondents in this regard.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
