Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following the substantive relief:

"to issue a writ order or direction more particularly a writ in the nature of mandamus. a. Declaring the action

of the respondent Nos.1 to 3 in issuing Auction sale notice dated 11.02.2011 in respect of land admeasuring Ac.5724Gts., forming part of survey numbers 36, 37, 58 and 59 situated at o Kaverampet, Jadcherla, Mahaboob Nagar Town District, Telangana State as arbitrary, illegal and quash or set aside the same by holding them as violative of the rights guaranteed to the petitioners under articles 25 and 26 in the constitution of India and consequently b. Direct the respondents Nos.1 to 3 to forthwith restrain from Securitization of Assets and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Security in Interest Act, 2002 and the rules made there under against the land admeasuring Ac.57-24Gts., forming part of survey numbers 36, 37, 58 and 59 situated at Kaverampet, Jadcherla, Mahaboob Nagar District, Telargana State and to pass such other order or orders appropriate in the case."

At the hearing, Mr.M.Govind Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the issue raised in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.10111 of 2016, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
