HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO W.P.No.12686 of 2004

ORDER

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Revenue and learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

This writ petition was filed challenging the inaction of the respondents in not completing the enquiry for issuance of permanent integrated caste certificates to the petitioners. This Court by order dated 21.07.2004 in W.P.M.P.No.16177 passed the following order:

" If the petitioners are entitled to the provisional admission as contemplated under Rule 19 of the A.P.Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes Issue of Community, Nativity and Date of Birth Certificates Rules, 1997, the second respondent is directed to consider their cases and pass appropriate orders so as to enable them to get admission into the courses, if they selected."

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in spite of his best efforts, he could not contact the petitioners.

In view of the nature of relief sought in the writ petition and in view of the interim orders passed by this Court, this Court feels that no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
