O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief : To declare the action of second respondent in issuing communication dated 22/06/2015 vide No. TSCHE/Secy/Approval/EDCET2014/B.Ed. OU/6 thereby not approving the admission of petitioner into B.Ed., course in category-B in the third respondent institution as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and to set aside the same and direct the second respondent to treat the petitioner as an approved admission in the third respondent institution and to pass such other suitable orders as this court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. Heard Sri Tarun G. Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Abhishek Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents. Perused the material placed before the Court.

3. During the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner herein submitted her certificates and after verification of the same, the Secretary, Telangana State Council of Higher Education has issued Proceedings No. TSCHE/Secy/Rejection/B.Ed-2014/OU-6Def. dated 21/07/2015 indicating the reason for not approving and

ratifying the admission of the petitioner herein.

4. It is submitted by the learned standing counsel for the Telangana State Council of Higher Education that the petitioner herein got only 46.3 % of marks and the minimum qualifying marks required for ratifying the admission is 50% of marks.

5. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the writ petition is closed, with a liberty to challenge the Proceedings No.

TSCHE/Secy/Rejection/B.Ed-2014/OU-6-Def.

dated 21/07/2015 if petitioner is so advised. No costs.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
