THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.3697 of 2018 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that though he filed an appeal along with stay petition before the second respondent - Collector (CS), Prakasam District at Ongole, on 22.01.2018, against the order, dated 06.01.2018 passed by the third respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer, Kandukur, Prakasam District, the second respondent is neither passing orders on the stay petition nor disposing of the appeal.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents.

Considering the nature of relief sought by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition by directing the second respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
