HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITON No. 14610 of 2003 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities to continue the petitioners' services till their services are regularized in pursuance of the Circular dated 24.4.1997.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner would submit that pursuant to the interim orders granted by this court on 21.07.2003, the petitioners are continuing in the services of respondent Corporation and no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondentAPSRTC did not oppose for the same. In view of the above submission, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand closed.
