HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1452 of 2020 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to direct the learned XXV Special Magistrate, Erramanzil at Hyderabad, to dispose of the memo dated 12.6.2017 filed in C.C.No.351 of 2015 expeditiously.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the Criminal Petition and prayed to give a direction to the Court below to dispose of the said memo expeditiously.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed this application. 4.

In the light of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and as the aforesaid Calender Case is of the year 2015, without delving into the merits of the case, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the XXV Special Magistrate, Erramanzil at Hyderabad, to dispose of the memo dated 12.6.2017 filed in C.C.No.351 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
