Since this writ petition pertains to removal of silt and sand from submergence area of Musi river in Jajireddygudem Gram Panchayat, Arvapally Mandal, Nalgonda District, nothing survives for adjudication in view of expiry of the lease period.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
