...Respondents

Counsel for the Petitioner: Sri N.Ranga Reddy Counsel for the Respondents: AGP for Civil Supplies (AP) The Court made the following:

ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 08.10.2014 in Writ Petition No.30028 of 2014, whereby this Court has directed respondent No.1 to complete the enquiry and pass a final order on an objective and rational consideration within a period of two months from the date of receipt of that order.

Alleging that respondent No.1 has failed to comply with the above-mentioned order, by not completing the enquiry and passing a final order, the writ petitioner has filed this Contempt Case.

At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh) placed

before the Court the communication, dated 30.01.2015, addressed by respondent No.1 to learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh), a perusal of which would show that he has passed the order exonerating the petitioner from the charges by holding that the charges were not proved.

In the light of the above-mentioned communication, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and the Contempt Case is closed.
