THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1223 of 2016 ORDER :

The petitioner alleges disobedience of the common order passed in Writ Petition filed by petitioner and other Writ Petitions. The decision in W.P.No.7633 of 2013 is challenged by the Corporation in W.A.No.1460 of 2016 and a Division Bench of this Court, by order dated 26.12.2016, granted interim suspension. Therefore, at this stage, it cannot be said that the respondents have violated the order of this Court.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to institute fresh proceedings if he succeeds before the Division Bench in the Writ Appeal. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
