VRS,J & MGR,J WP No.4405 of 2018 HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. GANGA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4405 OF 2018 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) The limited prayer with which the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition is to direct the respondents to pass orders on his representation.

2. Heard Mr.Dr.K. Manmadha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner. Smt. B.Vijaya Lakshmi, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents.

3. The petitioner was engaged on daily wages to work in the premises of the 2nd respondent herein, pursuant to the orders passed by the 1st respondent in September 2008. It appears that he suffered ill health in December 2015 making him unable to attend duties for about three months. But, his services were disengaged on account of the long absence.

4. Therefore, the petitioner made representation on 27.05.2017, but, the same was not considered. Therefore, he is before us.

5. It appears from the affidavit in support of the writ petition that the petitioner suffered a series of calamities one after another. After he suffered ill health, his minor daughter expired. Therefore, the representation deserves to be considered sympathetically.

6. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.05.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, taking into account the observations made above.
