HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.24224 of 2005 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Corporation submitted that the petitioner has challenged the action of the respondent in deleting his name from the Selected Panel of Drivers and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim order dated 03.12.2007 suspending the impugned proceedings dated 14.09.2004 and by virtue of the said interim order, the petitioner was allowed to continue in service. Having considered the said submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation, this Court is of the considered view that if the petitioner is being continued in service by virtue of the above interim order, no further orders are necessary and the petitioner shall not be disturbed. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
