This civil miscellaneous appeal is filed under Order XLIII Rule 1 read with Section 151 of CPC, assailing the order dated 12.6.2009 passed in I.A. No.14 of 2008 in O.S.No.71 of 2008 on the file of the Court of I Additional District Judge, Guntur. 2.

The learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the trial Court disposed of the suit. Even as per the Office note, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 29.6.2017. In view of the disposal of the suit, the very purpose of filing of the appeal has become infructuous.

Hence, the civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
