THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2166 of 2015 ORDER:
The petitioners - accused Nos.2 and 3 preferred the present Criminal Revision Case by invoking the provisions under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure being aggrieved by the common order dated 31-08-2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.111 of 2015 in S.C.No.792 of 2013 by the XI Additional District Judge, (FTC), L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, wherein and whereby the learned District Judge dismissed the discharge petition filed by petitioners herein invoking the provisions under Section 227 Cr.P.C. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this revision case and prayed to dispense with the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court.
Permission, as sought for, is accorded and the presence of the petitioners is dispensed with before the concerned Court, except on the dates on which the trial Judge insists for their appearance. With the above observation, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions filed in this revision, if any, shall stand closed.
