THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6616 OF 2016 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed by A.1 under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.227 of 2015 pending on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Cyberabad, R.R.District.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner confined his argument only in connection with appearance of the petitioner before the Court below. The learned counsel for the petitioner informed that the petitioner is apprehending arrest, but however, he could not substantiate the said fact of apprehension of arrest. But at the same time, the learned counsel informed that the petitioner is ready to appear before the Court below and execute the surety for his regular appearance.
Considering the above, the petitioner herein is directed to appear before the Court below and file a petition for acceptance of bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety and on filing such petition, the Court below is directed to accept the surety for future appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner is further directed to appear before the Court below on all hearing dates. The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of.
