THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.5565 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the order dated 15-02-2016 made in Crl.M.P.No.1147 of 2016 in C.C.No.1212 of 2015 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tiruvuru, Krishna District by directing the court below to return all articles seized to petitioner.

Heard and perused the material available on record. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to file fresh application before the concerned court where the properties are deposited by the investigation agency. On such application, the concerned Court is directed to pass appropriate orders without being influenced by the order passed by the MLS.E Chairman, Mandal Legal Services Authority.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
