HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed alleging that Police Task Force, South Zone, are conducting raids on the petitioners' houses and calling them to Police Station, and the same is illegal, particularly women cannot be called to the Police Station and being harassed. Petitioners also assert that the deponent was no more living with her son and his wife and children, whereas enquiry sought to be made to find out about her son by name, Sajid Ali. Similarly, it is alleged that 2nd petitioner and her son are being harassed by the Task Force. Except for making vague allegations of harassment and conducting search in their houses, no material is placed on record to show the names of persons, who are searching their houses.
2.
Learned Government Pleader, on instructions furnished by the Inspector of Police, CCS Balanagar, dated 05.03.2019, asserts that no crime is registered against the petitioners or against Mr. Sajid Ali, and no case is pending against them in CCS Balanagar and, therefore, the question of Police raiding the houses of petitioners and calling them to the Police Station does not arise. 3.
In view of the said submission, Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition and is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
