wp_1393_2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed against interim order dated 21-12-2016 in M.A.No. 021/01149/2016 in O.A.No. 021/00474/2016 on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench at Hyderabad (for short, 'the Tribunal').

At the hearing, Smt. Ch.Lakshmi Kumari, learned counsel for the petitioners, and also Sri V.Venkateswara Rao, learned counsel for the private respondent, have submitted that having regard to the nature of the interim relief granted by the Tribunal and due to efflux of time, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the said representation, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous, however, with liberty to the private respondent to pursue the pending O.A. before the Tribunal.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No. 1576 of 2017 and W.V.M.P.No. 1261 of 2017 shall stand closed as infructuous. ________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J.
