This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the orders passed by this Court in WPMP.No.13166 of 2016 in W.P.No.10458 of 2016, dated 30.03.2016.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned counsel for the respondents that in view of the subsequent developments including the communication of the order and the payment of amounts nothing survives for adjudication in the present contempt case.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel, the contempt case is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
