CVNR, J CC 1573/2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.12.02.2016 in W.P. No.3296 of 2016.

At the hearing, Mr. Ravi Cheemalapati, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.4 and 5, submitted that the arrears of pension have been paid to all the petitioners in the contempt case. Mr. Y. Nagi Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, has not disputed the said fact. As the entire arrears of pension have been paid to all the petitioners in this contempt case, the same is closed. As a sequel to closure of the contempt case, Application No.775 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
