This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed to return the passport of the petitioner/ accused No.3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused No.3 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State. Perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that a similar application is pending before the trial Court and it is directed to be posted on 15.03.2019. 4.
Under these circumstances, it is not appropriate to pass orders in this Criminal Petition. However, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner/ accused No.3 relating to return of his passport within a week from the date of this order.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
