Learned counsel for the petitioner/ wife would submit that O.P.No.54 of 2016 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Huzurabad, seeking transfer of which the present transfer petition is filed, was disposed of and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this transfer petition.

Recording the same, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition shall stand closed.
