This is an application for transfer of a matrimonial dispute. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that this matter has been settled and as a matter of fact, the compromise deed has to be signed. He also submits that the Demand Drafts have already been drawn and he presented before this Court copies of the same.

Recording this submission, I deem it appropriate to close this matter as of now and grant leave to the parties to move the Court if at all the settlement does not materialize ultimately. 4.

This application is accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
