Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the Criminal Petition is disposed of as follows:

The petitioner/A.2 is directed to surrender before VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy District, on or before 20.02.2015 and seek for regular bail and if he does so, the learned Magistrate shall dispose of the bail application on the same day on merits.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
