This writ petition is filed is aggrieved by action of respondent No.4 in interfering/dispossessing the petitioners from their land admeasuring Ac.0-29 guntas in Sy.No.63 situated at Ankushapur Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions submits that official respondents are not interfering into the possession of petitioners over subject land. The dispute is in between petitioners and unofficial respondent. In view of the same, recording the same, the writ petition is closed. However, if the 4th respondent requires land of the petitioners, he has to follow due process of law for acquiring the same. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
