HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.593 of 2019 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) Aggrieved by the Order of the Debts Recovery Tribunal allowing an application directing the petitioners herein to disclose their personal assets, the defendants No.9 and 10 in the Original Application before the Debts Recovery Tribunal have come up with the above revision case.

There are several applications pending on the file of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, filed by the State Bank of India against Group of Companies, their Directors and the Guarantors. Similar Orders as impugned in this revision were passed in certain other applications viz., O.A.Nos.399 and 402 of 2017. As against those orders, the very same petitioners who were defendants No.9 and 10 in those applications also came up before this Court with C.R.P.Nos.547 and 569 of 2019. Yesterday i.e., on 13.03.2019, we dismissed both the Civil Revision Petitions, by a detailed order. Therefore, following the same, this revision is also dismissed.
