Heard.

The petitioners state that they have entered into an agreement with one Mr.D.Venkataiah for purchase of the land admeasuring 320 sq. yards in Sy.No.436 situated at Kanigiri Village and Mandal, Prakasam district. They claim that they intend to obtain Sale Deed but alleging that the 4th respondent is not receiving and processing the Sale Deed, the present writ petition is filed.

The issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.16909 of 2015, dated 15-06-2015. In view of the same, following the aforesaid judgment, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the 4th respondent to receive and process the document presented by the petitioners for registration in relation to the subject property. In the event the 4th respondent is of the opinion that the document warrants refusal of registration, he shall pass appropriate orders duly recording the reasons for such refusal in accordance with Section 71 of the Registration Act. If, however, the document is found to be complied with all legal requirements, he shall register the same and release it in accordance with due procedure. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
