Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State and perused the record.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State would submit that no criminal case is registered by Mavala Police Station, Adilabad District against the petitioner. Under these circumstances, the Station House Officer concerned shall not call the petitioner to the police station without there being a criminal case pending against him. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
