When the matter is called, it is represented by learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for respondents that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the common order of this Court in W.P.Nos.3465 of 2015 and batch, dated 12-08-2015 and a copy of the same is placed on record along with the writ petition as material paper.

Following the above said common order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also allowed, in terms thereof.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Office to annex copy of the common order in W.P.Nos.3465 of 2015 and batch, dated 12-08-2015 with this order.
